Shiny New Goodness! (Self Love Within)

Alright folks, I've landed on some funds so while I split most of it up for important things, I set aside a decent chunk for fun money. And boy did I splurge.

New PC is a an AMD Quad Core 3.2 GHZ black edition with 4 gigs of RAM, an XFX ATI 4890 HD 1GB video card, and a case that my significant other mistook for a Mac Truck. No kidding, the sucker has a ton of mesh vents and 4 big ol' fans in it. It's hot as hell in Texas and I curl up next to this sucker to cool off, not exaggerating.

22" AOC Monitor, Microsoft Wireless 4000 Keyboard and mouse (the first ergonomic keyboard I ever loved), Logitech G13 Gamepad and when I put all my hard drives together, I approach almost a total of 2 TB of storage. Runs Guild Wars maxed at 250+ FPS, LOTRO max settings in DX 10, etc.

Also snagged myself a 32" HDTV which is also hooked up to the PC in our living room. Accompanying it is my new PS3, which I'm so thankful for deciding on. Little Big Planet is fakkin' rad. Sure, I'm not getting Halo 3 or Fable 2, but I'll wager those will be PC titles soon with new features.

Best part is I keep my wireless transmitter near the TV, raised higher than my PC setup so I have a pretty good range on my wireless mouse. At night it's fakkin' rad to sit back and load up HD TV shows on Hulu or Youtube and watch'em on the big screen like that. To hell with cable!

Yes, this was one big self-gratification brag post. I'll probably never get to post one of these again.
